Serious injuries reported in accident near 1700 Decatur Cemetery Rd
DECATUR, TX – Emergency teams responded to a major rush-hour collision with injuries Wednesday morning in east-central Wise County, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident occurred sometime before 8:15 a.m. in the area of 1700 Decatur Cemetery Road, which is north of Decatur Municipal Airport on the north side of Decatur.
Authorities haven’t yet shared many details about the crash. They say that at least one person was hurt and have mentioned the possibility of a fatality in connection to the accident.
It’s not yet clear what caused the collision or how many vehicles might have been involved.
Officials asked motorists to avoid this stretch of Decatur Cemetery Road while crews worked to attend to the victims and clear the wreckage.
