I was hit by a 18 wheeler on 10/09/2018. My life changed forever ay that moment. One minute I was on my way to an interview for a better job and the next the roof of my car was ripped off and I came to with blood and rain covering my face and strangers running towards me from every direction. The doctors said that the honestly didn’t know how I even survived. And after coming out of the ICU for 5 days I was in the hospital for an additional 6 months total but while I was there I had 5 different attorneys trying to “help me”. However, after the police report found me at fault those attorneys that cared so much about my future would not even return my calls. So here I was not able to even walk no savings, no money coming in and not even a vehicle to get to the very needed weekly appointments. And then a lady messaged me on face book and told me about this law firm that was helping her husband and how kind and committed to getting justice for her husband. When I called a gentleman named Jeff spoke with me and for the first time in months I had a little hope he explained to me that this was going to be a battle due to the police report and company but he said that if I was willing to be patient with him that he would do his best to help me. I received a call from a young lady named Ashley and she was so kind and very patient with me she has listened to me when I was a TOTAL mess and she has listened to me while I was a “firecracker” to put it kindly. However, she always remained the same kind hearted, encouraging and when she would tell me that she would handle something she meant just that everything from Ubers, imaging, doctors appointments and medications. She never lagged on her job even when COVID hit the world like a bomb she was still there returning my calls and handling my medical care. The Nolan my attorney, what a kind gentleman he is. He as well was up front and told me that this was going to be a battle and he and Jeff were 100% correct the company wanted to actually offer me 1,000 dollars and please understand I have permanent brain damage, now suffer seizures, can no longer run, dance or even walk for longer than five minutes without my walker and I’m only 44 yrs old. Nolan said no way and I received a amount that I am very thankful for and it was WAY more than 1.000 dollars. This was the first time I had ever experienced having to sue anyone for anything. Jeff Benton and Leon Kasab made everything seamless. Serena was the one that I spoke to most often. Great company reliable people great experience

After I was side swiped by a delivery truck and broke my neck, they did everything they could to help. I was super weary, and had never done anything like this before. They guided me through the process and kept me up to date. The appointments I had to get to were quite far away, but I was unfortunately relocated pretty far away due to my injuries. Even still they did all they could and found a few doctors close enough. Would recommend.
